Shipment

1. General shipping information

We ship our products within Germany and internationally to selected countries. Shipping is handled by the German postal service and processing time is usually 3 business days.

2. Shipping costs & delivery options

Standard shipping within Germany: 2.78 (€) – Delivery time approx. 3 business days

 

Shipping within the EU: 3 (€) – Delivery time approx. 5-7 business days

International shipping: 3 (€) – Delivery time depending on destination country, max. 5 weeks

Free shipping: Worldwide for orders over 20 €

3. Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. Delays due to external factors (e.g. customs clearance) are beyond our control.

4. Shipping restrictions


We do not currently deliver to the following countries/regions: Russia

5. Damaged or lost orders

 

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@xplecks.com

Damaged goods: Please send us photos of the damaged items and the packaging so that we can find a solution.

Lost packages: If your order has not arrived after 30 days within the EU and 60 days outside the EU, please contact us.

We will check the status with the shipping provider and arrange a replacement delivery or refund if necessary.

6. Returns & complaints

Returns are possible within 14 days. Please contact us in advance at info@xplecks.com to register a return.

You are responsible for the costs of the return shipment.

 

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

7. Premium shipping

With our premium shipping service, you will receive a tracking number from us, which you can use to check the status of your order with the responsible shipping provider. Your order is also insured, so please contact us if there are any problems.
